How do I Book and Pay for a Tour?

Thank you for choosing the tour of Kim travel. Please take some steps as follows:
1. If you want to have more detailed information about our tours or other travel services, you can fill in your information (name, email, address, contact number and other special requests in the blanks of Enquiry Form => Submit button.
Please make sure to check your mail box or your mobile phone because Kim travel’s consultants will contact you to give you some advice on choosing a suitable tour.
2. If you decide to book a tour and make a payment, please follow the instructions:
• Fill in the Booking Form (date, how many people) => Proceed Booking button.
• Fill in necessary information in the blanks (Contact details, Billing details, Notes, how you would like to pay- pay all in advance or make a deposit of 20%) => Next step button.
• If you do not still the final decision on your booking, you can require consultation => Book And Pay Later button.
• If you decide to choose the tour of Kim travel company, please press Paypal button and fill in the necessary information and confirm your payment.
Kim travel company will send you an email to confirm your booking and payment.

Do you accept credit card?

Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa Card and American Express.

How many payment methods do you offer and what are they?

Now we offer 5 payment methods: Cash, Bank transfer, Credit card imprint, Secure PayPal online payment and payment through Western Union.

What currency your prices are in?

All the prices on our website are in US Dollar.

Can I make payment for someone else using a credit card?

No, you cannot make a payment for someone else using credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name of the guest.
However, you can pay for someone else using bank transfer or through PayPal.

What if I need to cancel or change my itinerary?

We allow you to change your dates, at no additional cost if you have given us an early notice and there is an available tour on that day.
Cancellations of the tours usually involve a cancellation fee, which depends on how early that you request the cancellation.
For each tour, the cancellation and change policies depend on the status of the services provider. Please inquire directly for the change or cancellation policy for any particular tour.

What if I have special needs for the tour ?

If you have special requirements – for example, if you have a large group or young children, or you have infants or seniors in your group, or if you are handicapped or have physical limitations, if you need special transportation, or are you a vegetarian or are allergic to any food – please let us know, and we can work with both you and the service provider ( restaurant, hotels, transportation …) to ensure that we can meet your needs.

Do you offer longer or more customized tours?

All the tour shown on our site https://kimtravel.com can be changed to be longer tours or customize any of our tours to your own liking.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

After you successfully booked online, we will follow up with you via email or fax to confirm availability and the booking. If not, your reservation is not confirmed.

I am not ready to book right now, what should I do?

For flights, you can make a reservation and then we can hold on to the ticket for a limited period until you are ready to purchase and issue the ticket. When you finish booking, we will inform you of the maximum timeframe we are able to hold the ticket.
For hotels, to reserve a room, you must confirm and pay immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot hold a hotel booking for you without payment.
For tours, as tours are related to hotels booking. We will need a 20% deposit. This amount is to cover our costs if you cancel the tour. Most of it is for cancelation charges of hotels/resorts.

Can I make a reservation for someone else?

Yes, you can by simply fill in the name of the guest for the booking and your contact details. You can also pay by cash, PayPal or bank transfer for someone else. However, you cannot make a payment for someone else using credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name of the guest.
