These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Kim Travel. By using the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.

In these Terms & Conditions, The word “Company” refers to Kim Travel. “Customer” means you and the Customer ‘s means your, the person who agrees to buy the tour and/or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car rental, speedboat rental and other travel services provided by Kim Travel.

1/ Prices :

All rates shown on the website for tours, flights, train tickets, hotels and car rental are quoted in US dollars and Vietnamese Dong . Our team updates the rates according to the season and subject to availability. There will be special promotions during certain months of the year. Our sale consultants will advise The Customer of these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.

2/ Booking services with Kim Travel :

Bookings can be made to our office by email: info@kimtravel.com or tukimtravel86@gmail.com. We will reply to your enquiry within 12 hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit as per instructions.


3/Payment method:


By bank transfer

Please transfer payment to our bank account details as follows:

By western Union

Please inform us by email if you pay by the method and we will supply the receiver information

Please give us the 10 digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) so that we can check with our local Western Union service.

By paypal

We will send you the request of Payment through Paypal to your email when you agree

For deposit

Once you have chosen your preferred cruise we require a 30% deposit in order to secure your reservation.

For the balance of Payment

The balance should be paid before the departure date.
Failure to do so many result in your reservation being cancelled and there may be a penalty/administrative charge.
Reservations made 1 day before departure should be paid for at the time of reservation and are subject to availability

For Confirmation

Once your deposit is received we will send you the official booking confirmation by email or by fax along with the relevant cruise information.

4/Children Policy: 

– Free of charge for 1 kid under 4 years old who share the room with parent.
– Children below 12 years old shared with parent: 75% charge of adult price.
– Children from 12 years old up will be applied as adult rate.

5/Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 45-days before the check-in date.

  • 30-45 days before arrival: 10% charge
  • 15-29 days before arrival: 30% charge
  • 7-14 days before arrival: 50% charge
  • 3-7 days before arrival: 90% charge
  • Within 3 days before arrival: 100% charge
